- Player Information: Name, date of birth, gender, grade, school, and basketball experience level
- Parent / Guardian Information: Name, mobile phone number, and email address
- Registration Data: Program selection (AAU, Travel, or Developmental), tryout interest, and submission date
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe; FBC does not store credit card numbers
- Communications: Messages sent and received via our Team Hub platform and SMS system
- Usage Data: Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited on our platform
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process pre-registrations and manage tryout scheduling
- Communicate tryout details, practice schedules, game reminders, and team updates via SMS and email
- Assign players to teams and manage rosters
- Process registration payments through Stripe
- Send administrative notices related to your athlete's participation in FBC programs
- Improve our programs and services
3. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number during registration, you consent to receive SMS text messages from FBC Athletics at the number provided. Message types include: tryout confirmations, practice reminders, game schedules, team announcements, and registration updates.

- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan

We retain registration and participant data for the duration of the program season plus three (3) years for record-keeping purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.
6. Children's Privacy
FBC Athletics serves youth athletes. We collect information about minors only from their parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure HTTPS transmission, encrypted storage, and restricted access to personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
